Training and Support

We don´t just hand-over Merlin and leave you to it. Although Merlin itself is very intuitive, we will provide additional training for you whenever needed. We also have our help desk and knowledge base system should you need to ask a question or search for an answer.

We make every effort to ensure that your questions or issues are responded to, but only if we know about them. Integrated into every Merlin system we role out, is access to our help desk system.
